When do you pick/up deliver to my area?

Depending on where you live, and when you place the order,  we will service the customer Monday to Saturday. We do have emergency service if you have a time constraint. Please indicate when ordering.

What if nobody is home?

No problem? If you live in a full-service building we will take care of everything with your doorman or concierges, so your clothes are waiting for you when you get home. If you do not live in a full-service building and you require special delivery instructions, we will do everything possible to accommodate your needs; please let us know when filling out the pick-up form, or call us at 800-959-5785. The other way is to designate an appropriate pick-up /drop-off location, and we will take care of the rest.

Where do I put my dirty clothes?

Once you are registered, we provide you with a custom U-Rang.com garment bag.  There will a different bag for wash and fold so we ensure clothes are handled correctly.  We will give you a personal laminated Identification card attached to your bag. The bag is returned to you with each completed order. If this is your first order, you may use any laundry bag(with your information attached or placed in the bag)which we will return.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

Please return it. You can call us or email us prior to returning it so we are aware of the problem and treat accordingly. There will be no charge for the additional service.  We want happy customers.

How do I pay for services?

It is our policy that we have a credit card on file.  We accept all Major credit cards, including PAYPAL. We can automatically process your credit card or you can send a check - which ever you prefer. Either way, you receive an itemized invoice. We can also bill you on a monthly basis.

What if I have an emergency?

You can place an order online and click on the emergency button. In the notes section, you can explain when you need it, or you can call us, and we will advise you if we can meet your time table.

What if one of my garments was not returned?

Please call or email us. This may happen when the garment is not ready at the same time as the majority of the clothes. We don't want you to be missing items that you may need while we work on the more difficult clothing.

How do I show you where the stains are located?

Please be detailed in the description when setting up your pick-up.  In some cases, you may want to use scotch tape to show us where the stain is. Please make sure the fabric will not be damaged by the tape, on some fabrics, there may be residue, or the material may be easily pulled by the process.  Please use your best judgement as we are not responsible for any damage caused by the tape.

What are your Terms and Conditions?

1. CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP

 These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) apply to U-Rang Inc.  (“U-Rang”) website (U-Rang.com) and the related mobile application and/or selected other domains, existing or future, and related content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) As used in this Agreement, “U-Rang,” “we,” “us,” "U-Rang.com" or “our” shall mean U-Rang Inc..

By accessing or using our Services, whether or not you register to use the Service, you agree the terms of this Agreement and to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and U-Rang Inc. This Agreement supersedes prior agreements or arrangements with you. You should review the Agreement before providing us with any information. You must be at least 13 years of age and able to provide consent by a parent in order to use our services. 

As a condition of this Agreement, you further acknowledge that we may, in our sole discretion, modify this Agreement at any time by providing notice. That notice may be given (i) by notification through our website or mobile applications or by e-mail, or (ii) by posting a revision to these Terms and Conditions and changing the last updated notice above. Your continued access or use of the Services after such notice or posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Agreement, as amended. You affirm that you will review this Agreement periodically so that you are aware of any and all modifications made to this Agreement.

2. Our Services 

U-Rang is an on-demand laundry, and dry cleaning Pick Up Delivery service that enables users to schedule the delivery using U-Rang's mobile applications or website which is provided as part of the Services (each of the mobile application and the website is an “Application”). After scheduling the reservation using the Application, the same partner company, which is an independent contractor that works with U-Rang for the past seven years, will pick up and deliver the user’s laundry. No other third-party contractor is involved.

What if the garment is Damaged? Or we are unhappy with the outcome? (refund policy)

Although we do our best to prevent any damages to your garment, we cannot guarantee against color loss, bleeding or shrinkage of garments. In addition, we do not take responsibility for any deteriorated or flawed garments, which could result in small holes or tears. For any items deemed damaged, U-Rang may reimburse you by paying up to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item for which the damage occurred regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, U-Rang's total liability in connection with a damaged item shall not exceed the foregoing amount. 
Any damaged items must be reported to Lisa@u-rang.com and inspected by U-Rang.com, within seven (7) days from the date the damaged item was returned to you by U-Rang, through digital photos or in-person. U-Rang.com wants happy customers. We will do our best to ensure you remain that way.

Although we do our best to clean the garments we are often limited by stain, the age of the material, type of material, setting of the stain, color of the garment. We will do our best to resolve the issue but we can not guarantee that we will be able to remove the dirt or stain. We will review the garment on a case by case basis and alert you when possible to the probability of the stain removal and will refund or discount the order depending on the situation and our discretion.

What about lost items?

Any lost item must be reported to Lisa@U-Rang.com within seven (7) days of the delivery of related garments. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items are considered lost twenty (20) days after the initial claim has been made. Any reimbursement for an item deemed lost by U-Rang.com shall be limited to and shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the lost item regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, U-Rang's total liability in connection with a lost item shall not exceed the foregoing amount. We understand how important the items are to you and we will do our best to make you a happy customer. 

U-Rang does not take responsibility for any loose items lost when submitted to U-rang such as watches, jewelry, cufflinks, money etc. and shall have no liability for such items.

What is your Privacy Policy?

 By visiting U-Rang.Inc's online website (collectively, including all content and functionality available through the www.U-Rang.com domain name, the "Site"), or mobile application (the "App"), submitting information or using any of our services (the "Service"), you (the terms "you", "your" and "yours," shall refer to any and all users of this Site (the "User")) acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. 

WE MAY MODIFY THIS PRIVACY POLICY AT ANY TIME, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, AND SUCH MODIFICATION SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON EITHER POSTING OF THE MODIFIED PRIVACY POLICY ON THE SITE, ON THE APP, OR NOTIFYING YOU. 

Information Covered in This Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy covers U-Rang.com's treatment of Personal Information (as defined herein) that U-Rang gathers when you are accessing the Site and/or APP and when you use any part of the Service. This Privacy Policy also covers U-Rang.com's business partners that we may share Information with. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that U-Rang.com does not own or control, or to individuals that U-Rang.com does not employ or manage.
 To access the Service, you will be required to register for a U-rang.com account (an "Account"). You may register for an Account by (1) providing certain personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") such as, and as applicable, your name, e-mail address, addresses, telephone number, credit card information, and certain preferences, complete, truthful and accurate information, including Personal Information, and to keep such information up to date. We will not be responsible for any problems or liability related to inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information, whether due to your failure to update such Personal Information or otherwise. 
 You further acknowledge and agree that U-Rang.com may, but is not obligated to, maintain copies of your Information indefinitely, or delete any or all Information, at our sole discretion. 
Use of Your Personal Information. U-Rang collects and uses your Information to operate and improve the Site and the App and better deliver the Services. These uses may include performing analysis aimed at improving the Service; making the Site, the App or Services more user-friendly by reducing the need for you to keep entering the same information.  U-Rang may also use your Information to communicate with you, such as providing you with mandatory notices or discretionary notices about the Service. From time to time, U-Rang may also send you promotional mailings to inform you of other products or services available.  

Disclosing of Your Personal Information to Third Parties. U-Rang does not sell, rent, lease or disclose your Personal Information. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, your Personal Information will be used only by U-Rang.com and its controlled subsidiaries, partners & affiliates, and your Personal Information will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent. 
We may hire other companies to provide limited administrative and communication services on our behalf, such as hosting Sites, the processing, and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, or providing credit card processing services. U-Rang has the right to disclose your Personal Information to these third-party companies for the purpose of administering and maintaining the Site and App's features, functions and operations. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only such Personal Information as necessary for them to deliver the respective services, and U-Rang does not authorize these companies to use your Personal Information except for the sole purpose of providing those services requested.

You understand and agree that U-Rang may access and/or disclose Personal Information about you or your Account without your prior consent if U-Rang has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with legal process or other legal requirements of any governmental authority; (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of U-Rang (including the enforcement of our agreements); (iii) enforce the Terms of Service,  (iv) operate or conduct maintenance and repair of the Site, the App or equipment as authorized by law; (v) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of U-Rang Site, the App or members of the public; or (v) comply with a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, transfer of control, joint venture of other business combination. U-Rang is not required to question or contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena or other similar governmental requests that we receive. 

Security of Your Personal Information. The Personal Information U-Rang.com collects is securely stored in our database, and we use standard, industry-wide practices such as firewalls, encryption, and Secure Socket Layers ("SSL") for protecting your information. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted using the internet. 

Information Collected Automatically. We may receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with the Site, the App, and Service. U-Rang may choose to automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested.
